Founder and Principal Consultant
Former Australian Army, founder and Emergency Response industry expert. From publishing books and creating functional applications in Emergency Management, Jesse lives his passion in a constant drive to make the world a safer place.
Jesse holds multiple deployments to Timor Leste, Afghanistan, Ukraine and others in various capacities. He enjoys adventure sports and remote travel.
His focus is on delivering complex information into an easily understood format. This includes functional leadership development.

Robert
Training Consultant and Course Specialist
Former Australian Air Force, Registered Paramedic and PhD candidate. Robert also lives his passion to find actionable data which relates to real world scenarios from the ground up.
Robert holds a Bachelors Degree in Paramedical Science, multiple industrial and mines rescue qualifications.
He enjoys travel, study and building teams.
His current focus in on core attributes to improve the form and function of remote and isolated emergency response technitions within Australian mining operations.

Business Development Partner & Advisor
Bart is a seasoned industry expert with over ten years of experience. His experience is focused within heavy industry compliance and industrial rescue.
Bart compliments our team with his extensive knowledge and background in assisting our clients become safer and more streamlined in their compliance obligations.
Bart enjoys business development and adventure sports in and around the water.

Daniel
Trainer and Consultant
Daniel has over 20 years experience in the mining, heavy construction, and offshore sectors.
Dans focus is on building capable and motivated teams to preform well under pressure. He enjoys leadership management and training as a mentor to those who lead emergency teams. His highly approachable nature has led to his outstanding reputation amongst his peers.
Dan enjoys off-roading, camping, boating, travel and learning new skills.

Field Support and Emergency Response
David is focused on operational field support by assisting in small to large scale emergency drills, exercises and site based audits and inspections.
With a long standing career in residential and commercial property, David is highly experienced in site services and operational planning.
Davids passions extend into healthcare and assisting clients to get the most out of their emergency management plans and procedures whilst developing workplace teams to cope with shocks and incidents.
He enjoys travel and water based sports whilst continuing his studies and advancing his career.

Tess is part of our operations support team and focuses on helping our business run smoothly. With a strong focus on ensuring clients needs are met to standard Tess has an exceptional eye for detail.
Tess is passionate about seamless client Integrations and experiences in fast paced and busy environments.
Tess adds tremendous vale to our team by reviewing and assisting operational plans, processes and providing client services support. Her development to our operational improvements is key to our success whilst supporting teams onsite.
Tess enjoys adventure based activities, CrossFit and music.
